Carla Geddes is a
licensed teacher and a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC). Carla received her
coach training from iPEC, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching,
and an Associate Coach Certification (ACC) through the International Coach Federation
(ICF) with which she is also a member. Carla is also a certified facilitator of
the Steven Covey program, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens™ workshops.
Carla began her own career as a
public school teacher working mostly with middle school age children. Teaching
not only gave her the mindset about the unlimited potential each individual
has, but also a rich set of teaching skills and the experiences of
collaboration with peers, working with different learning styles, and
strategies for facilitating groups.
After 20 years of teaching, Carla made a transition to empowerment
coaching. Her motivation to change and recreate her own life brought her to the
study of universal law. She is the
co-founder of Infinite Possibilities™ and specializes in working with teens and
young adults who are finding their direction in life as well as professional
women who are seeking to find their own balance and passion while juggling
family or career responsibilities.
Carla is also the Mid- Atlantic
Regional Director for The Change Place, a company based in Boulder whose
program, POWERful Coaching for Powerful Results,™ is a fast-track professional development program for busy leaders and professionals who want to learn a coaching approach to
improving performance and results within their organization.

Michael Geddes is a Certified Empowerment Coach (CEC).
Michael received his CEC certification from iPEC, Institute for Professional
Excellence in Coaching in 2007. Through the International Coaching Federation
(ICF) he received the credentialing as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Michael is also a member of the ICF.
Michael
helps creative teens and young adults pursuing the arts as a full or part time
career.
Life
coaching, a creative process, is perfect for the struggling artist to help
diminish emotional ups and downs and insecurities that often keep them from
developing to their true potential.
A
certified creative life coach, professional musician, experienced
mentor/teacher for over 30 years, Michael understands the sensitivities and
needs of the creative artist/musician. His style is to make the coaching
adventure exciting and fun, as he gently guides and helps create a working plan
while providing accountability.
